Legitimate interests (operate, secure and improve our site/services; respond to B2B enquiries; measure product interest).
Legal obligations (tax, accounting, compliance).

What we do as a processor (customer deployments)
When we process your end-device/location/telemetry or video metadata:
We process only on your instructions, apply appropriate security controls, and assist you with data subject requests and incident notifications.
We use sub-processors only with contractual safeguards and provide an up-to-date list on request.
Sharing your data
We share personal data with:
Service providers (hosting, analytics, security, electronic verification, payment and delivery partners such as Stripe/PayPal/couriers).
Professional advisers (legal, banking, insurance) and authorities, where required.

International transfers
Where providers are outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards and limit access to what’s necessary. (Details available on request.)
